What you’ll Do:
Preparing, presenting, and implementing financial plans
Conducting quarterly client review meetings
Providing a high level of service to existing and prospective clients
Reviewing portfolios and investment allocations
Placing trades to implement investment allocations and strategies
Recommending tax-efficient investment and retirement withdrawal strategies
Writing articles for the Rodgers & Associates blog
Presenting financial education seminars to clients and prospective clients
What You Bring:
Must understand all aspects of retirement planning, including asset allocation, modern portfolio theory, and goal-based cash-flow planning
Seasoned financial professional with the ability to identify and solve complex financial issues
CFP® or ChFC® certification preferred
5 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning
Very strong organizational and time management skills
Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills
Detailed oriented
Prior experience with a CRM, financial planning, and tax software is preferred.
Formal sales training and experience are a plus.

Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
